Community Question

I asked a question yesterday and was emailed that it received an answer, but every time I try to access the question and answer, the forum immediately flips right back to the Community Home Page before I can even view it. Like it shows it for a brief half second and then flips right back to the Community Home Page. I’ve even tried opening it in several different browsers and it does the same thing. I even tried to quickly hit Ctrl+A to select all and Ctrl+C to copy the selection to hopefully paste it all into a Word document to read it and it just happens to fast to even use those key strokes - and I’m fast on a keyboard!

Is anyone able to see my question: “Customer Payments Issue - QBDT Pro Plus 2024” and copy and paste it here? I can’t try the resolution if I can view it!

TIA!

Paula

This new community platform works differently. It appears your question has been replied by an Intuit employee based in Australia. You can try going to the top right corner and changing the region setting (the flag icon) to Australia. Search for your question there, then click on it. After that, you can try posting a new reply.

I’ve got the same issue. My reply ended up in the Irish forums….

Strange. This is not helpful at all. Now that I found my original question that was answered on the Australian site, it won’t allow me to reply to it! If there’s been a change to these forums, they did a terrible job at it! Hate to say it, but maybe we are better off with AI?

Okay, so you can switch back and forth from one site to another if you clear all of your browser cookies each time you need to access and/or reply to the post. Which includes having to log back in each time as well.

Best to use a private window I have found. But login in a right nightmare sometimes. Round and round. I usually just give up.
