Question

Company has 2 locations, but one TIN. Checks should be from the company with the TIN, but it is printing the name of our 2nd location on checks. How can I change this?

I have contacted QB several times with no help. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi there, Jodi.

 

Before printing your check and sending it to your payee, please ensure that the Mailing address you input corresponds to the one with the TIN.

 

See the attached photo for preference.

After that, click Print and Preview, then select Print. Check if the information provided is accurate.
