consolidating item receipts into one bill

Is there a way to consolidate multiple item receipts into a single bill?

 

We receive a single monthly bill for multiple deliveries that occur during the month for products that are ordered on a VMI blanket Purchase order and need to find a way to consolidate all the item receipts entered into a single bill in order to enter the bill from the vendor.
