Ensure your CSV file format is correct, and since your file has no headers, add Date, Description, and Amount columns as the first row. When importing, make sure the file is under 100 KB and that the columns match the order in QuickBooks.

If the file looks correct, the issue may be browser-related. You can log in to your QuickBooks account using a different browser to import your transactions.
