Data limit on monthly Quickbook Online

No, QuickBooks Online doesn’t have a data storage limit since your information is saved in the cloud. You never have to worry about running out of space.

The only limits that vary by subscription tier are how many billable users, accounts, classes, locations, and custom fields you can add to QuickBooks. Here's how you can check them:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
3. Click the Usage tab.

When you reach your usage limits and can't add any more items, you have two main options. You can either:

1. Upgrade your subscription plan, or
2. Reduce usage by:
   • Deleting an account user if you have too many users.
   • Making an account inactive to reduce your chart of accounts.
   • Deleting classes or locations if you go over your limits (only available in QuickBooks Online Plus or Advanced).
   • Deactivating custom fields you no longer use.
   • Disconnecting unused sales channels if you've closed stores or no longer need them.
