Desktop Enterprise Certification

The Enterprise certification Module 1 indicates a PDF training guide is available in the module. I have not been able to locate a training guide in any of the 4 modules? Does anyone know where this is located. ProAdvisor support has not been helpful.

These PDF training guides should be listed in your QBOA account. Here's how to find them: 

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online Accountant.
  2. Select ProAdvisor.
  3. Tap the Training tab.

 

In addition review this guide on how to earn your QBDT certification. 

 

If there's no training guides there, please reach back out with a screenshot of what the page looks like so we can narrow down where these are for you. I'll be just around the corner!
