Do I see if QB mailed out 1099's and W2's

Let me share how QuickBooks files and mails your 1099s and W-2 forms.

Once you file the forms with QuickBooks Online and the IRS receives them, that's when we mail paper copies to your contractors. At the same time, we send them emails to view their forms online. 

To ensure that they're mailed, you can view the status of them. Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Then, go to the 1099 filings tab.
3. From there, you can check the status from the Recipient's copy section.
