Does anyone else have trouble with getting a helpful representative?

Yeah, QB isn’t big on helping.  You have to remember, the employees aren’t trained real great.  They get their info from a script.  That’s why they say the same thing over and over.  When they get sick of hearing what you have to say, they will put you on hold, and likely transfer you to someone else, just to get rid of you.  QB has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
