Does anyone know what to do if your invoices will not save? I keep getting the message, "Something’s not workingTry refreshing the page and check back."

We can log out and then log back into your account to resolve the issue with saving your invoices, JGT137.

 

Before proceeding, we need to verify your internet connection speed and the performance of the QuickBooks Online server to ensure there are no connectivity issues.

 

Next, let's create an invoice to verify that you can save it successfully. If the issue persists, try clicking the Refresh button located in the upper-left corner of the screen to see if that resolves the problem.

Nothing worked, including refreshing and logging out/back into the account. I am paying for this subscription but had to go make my own invoice in Google Docs.
