E Mail Issuec

I signed up yesterday and since registering my E Mail, if someone sends an e mail or I send an e mail it changes my E Mail from [removed PII] to Quick Books 

no authorization was given to QuickBooks to hijack and change it 

please help me rectify this hostile takeover
