Question

entered services in order of dates. After saving draft, list is partially out of order when viewed. Deleted invoice and reetered. same result. Is there a way to fix this?

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to determine whether the issue is related to your browser. Start by logging in to a private browser; this prevents cache files from causing lag in a web-based program. You can follow these shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you are using the mobile app, let's refresh it by following the steps below:

 

For Android device: 

  1. Go to the More Options ⋮ menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Tap Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

 

For iOS: 

  1. Go to Help & Feedback at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Reset App Data. Then Refresh.
