Hi there, Voyeur. Are you seeing a specific error code on your bank feed dashboard? Etsy accounts are linked to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), similar to bank connectivity, allowing you to download relevant transactions. Sync issues are often caused by temporary maintenance or server issues between the two platforms.

To isolate the problem, log in directly to your Etsy seller account to see if everything is working on their end. If there are no issues, you can force a sync by clicking Refresh all in QBSE. This manually triggers a data pull. If the problem persists, I recommend switching to a different web browser or an incognito/private window to rule out cache issues.

By the way, you have the option to manually upload your transactions using a CSV file from Etsy. Just a heads-up, once the connection is restored, those same transactions might download again automatically. You'll just want to keep an eye out so you can exclude any duplicates.
