Hey there, @keycompanies.

How are you doing today? I hope all is well.

There are several exciting updates to Enterprise 2024 and 2025. To name a few:

  • Reporting enhancements
  • Sales Order to Purchase Orders Workflow improvements
  • Improved Class lists
  • New Inventory turnover report
  • Prepayment in Estimates
  • Enhanced security and efficiency

There are many more updates than this list. To see them all, check out New features in QuickBooks Desktop

If you decide you'd like to upgrade, here are some steps to walk you through the process.

To start, you'll need to make a back up of your company file

Next, you'll need your License and Product numbers to install the new version. Then follow these steps:

  1. Download the QuickBooks Desktop Manager.
  2. Click on Download.
  3. Select the QuickBooks License Agreement and click Let's get started.
  4. Enter the license number to search for your QBDT 2024 and select Search.
  5. Choose the email address you use to receive OTP. Enter it once you receive the OTP.
  6. Look for your QBDT 2024 and click Install.
  7. When done, select Open QuickBooks and activate it.

That should do the trick. For more details, please refer to this article: Upgrade QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, Premier Plus, or Enterprise.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'm happy to help in anyway that I can. Take care!

@keycompanies

You can install, run and compare them all on the same machine at the same time. Any specific concerns?
