To verify my understanding, did you receive an email from Intuit requesting you to send in business documents? If you could include a screenshot of what you're seeing, it'd help me to better understand what you're working with.

If you downloaded the file from within QuickBooks and need to upload it to deliver the document to Intuit, it's possible you may be able to upload it from the same page you downloaded it from.

In the event it was from an email, I'd recommend reviewing the message from Intuit for any instructions on how to upload your document.
