forgot my PIN for payroll service, I am using desktop pro contractor edition. can I reset it?

If the pin is lost or forgotten, you'll have to download the PIN request form so you can reset it. It must be signed by either the primary or secondary principal. Then, indicate your company's EIN and attach a photocopy of your government issued ID. After that, send the requirements via FAX or email as seen in the Reset a lost or forgotten PIN section through this help guide: Change direct deposit PIN in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

Once done, you'll need to contact our support team to get the new PIN.
