I have a way to locate the print check feature in the QuickBooks Online interface, Rimaoncall.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to print checks is typically found within the Expenses or in the + New icon sections. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, click on the Transactions tab.
  3. From the Expenses menu, locate the transactions you want to print.
  4. This will take you to the Print Checks page, where you can print a check.

An additional option is to navigate to the +New icon and choose the Print checks option. From there, you can select the desired transaction and make sure to select the correct account. Once finished, click on Preview and print. Then, proceed to print.

However, if you're unable to find the print check option using the above steps, I suggest opening your account using an incognito/private browser. Sometimes, the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If you can successfully print a check in an incognito/private window, return to your original browser and clear its cache to begin anew. Utilizing alternative supported browsers can also help us narrow the underlying cause of this issue.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I'm happy to help you navigate the updated QuickBooks Online interface. Have a great day.
