Haw to change business type

Welcome to the Community space, 77775. To update your business type in QuickBooks Solopreneur, you can go to Accounts and Settings and adjust your entity type. I'll walk you through the process.

Here's how:

1. Login to your QuickBooks account.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Under YOUR COMPANY, click Account and settings.
4. Under the Company tab, scroll down to the bottom.
5. Click Edit in the Entity type under the Tax Info section.
   
   
    
6. Choose the business type you want from the dropdown menu.
   
   
    
7. Click  Save, then Done.
