Hello, I have the Quickbooks Self-Employed/Turbo Tax bundle supscription. As of 2/8/2026, my transactions from Etsy stopped automatically importing.

If everything is fine on your bank’s end, please try refreshing the bank connection inside the program. You can do this by clicking the Refresh All button in the Manage Accounts section under the Gear icon. This may help retrieve any missing entries from your account and have the connection sync properly.
