Hey I just want to say that your software is the worst I've ever used
As a software developer, this is literally the worst experience I've ever had.
You've cost me actual money by refusing to make simple changes that have been requested year after year as seen on this board.
In an effort to secure your employment, you shuffle around the UI and confuse your customers and call it progress.
If my accountants hadn't forced me into using your software I would not be using it.
Since I will probably get banned for posting this without an example, how about line item descriptions disappearing when I change a single character in the line item name? Or the fact that if I try and make a new item from a line item that has a category, you keep the category into the new line item name?
Incredibly basic, inane details that literally any junior developer could solve in a single revision.
