Question

Hi, I was charged $37.50 through auto renewal, but I no longer use QuickBooks and already canceled my subscription. May I please request a refund?

Thank you for connecting with the QuickBooks Community, Andrea-Castro!

You can request a refund for the $37.50 charge directly through your Intuit Account Manager. Alternatively, you can initiate a refund by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account, selecting the Help (?) icon, and asking the assistant to "Talk to a human" so an agent can process it. Either way, we've got you!

Feel free to review this article about requesting a refund, as it is very resourceful: Refund
