You can start by checking the primary admin’s email or notifications, as these typically contain instructions for resolving the on-hold account. Be sure to look through your inbox, including spam and junk folders, for QuickBooks emails.

 

If the email is not there, I recommend contacting the Live Support Team. They can investigate why your account is on hold and provide further guidance.

 

In the meantime, you may consider reaching out to your contractor to agree on sending a paper check instead.
