Hello, @jcpate. You can wrap things up quickly by following this path: Gear icon > Subscriptions and billing > QuickBooks Live Expert Full Service Bookkeeping > Cancel > Confirm. Once cancelled, you'll still have access to our service through the end of your billing period.
If you ever decide to jump back in, just follow the original sign-up steps to reactivate your service.
