How can I display customers by their last name? Currently, in reports and Customers, all of the displays are by the first name.

When pulling up reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system defaults to showing the first name, wwdiamondc.

In this case, QBO currently doesn’t have a built-in option to separate first and last names directly within reports. As a workaround, you can export the report to Excel, which will enable you to customize it further and extract the last names as needed.

Here’s how:

1. Open the report.
2. Look for the Export icon (a small sheet with an arrow)
3. Select Export to Excel.
