How can set the supervisors on the construction job access to snap shot on QBO mobile app without having to give them admin access or all access?

In QuickBooks, if company admin access is not required, we can provide them with Standard All Access. I will explain further details below.
 

With Standard all access, they can manage everything related to customers, sales, vendors, and purchases.
 

Since the option you want, where your superintendents have access only specifically to snapshot, is unavailable, you can submit feedback to our product developer to include this in future updates. I'll show you how:
 

In your app, here's how:

1. Open your QuickBooks Mobile app.
2. Go to Menu.
3. Click Send Feedback.
4. Put your thoughts in the Suggestion field.
5. Click Send Feedback.

In your browser, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks account in your web browser.
2. Search qbo.intuit.com and put your login credentials.
3. Choose you company. 
4. Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
5. Under Profile, select Feedback.
6. Share your thoughts and click Next.
