How do I access my quickbooks records after two years

Accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) records after two years is not possible, as QBO does not retain data from inactive subscriptions beyond one year. Once this retention period has passed, access to your data is permanently lost.  

To avoid such situations, it is strongly recommended to export and securely save your records before canceling or discontinuing your subscription.
