You can add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online account by sending an invitation using your primary or company admin access.

Here's how:

  1. In the Gear icon, choose Manage users.
  2. Go to the Accounting Firms tab.
  3. Click the Invite firm button.
  4. Enter your accountant's firm user ID or their email address.
  5. Select Send the invitation to finish.

 

Once you send the invitation, your accountant will receive an email notification. How they accept the invitation will depend on whether they already have a QuickBooks Online Accountant account. Refer to this article for more information: Invite accountant users.
