We appreciate your effort in taking the time to set up user permissions carefully to protect your business’s sensitive financial data, speucker.

We understand your intention to allow the clerk to create and edit bills for certain vendors while restricting their ability to view other company information.

Currently, QuickBooks Online does not provide the ability to restrict access exclusively to your preference.

Although you can create custom roles in QuickBooks that grant access to the creation and editing of bills, it still includes viewing company information, such as the vendor list and any bills entered for all vendors, not just specific ones.
