How do I change my phone number

Hi, Swps321. I'd be glad to walk you through the process of changing your phone number in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how you can do it:

1. From the app dashboard in QBO, select your profile icon next to the Gear icon, then select Manage your Intuit Account.
   
   
    
2. In the Manage your Account section, select Sign in & security.
3. Click the greater than symbol in the Phone section.
4. In the Add your Phone window, click Change.
5. Enter your phone number, then select Save.

After changing your phone number, remember to update it in the  Company settings of QuickBooks Online to ensure customers have the correct contact info on sales forms.
