  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Click on either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
    • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.

I received a phone call from quickbooks Jasper and Andrew saying that my Enterprise 24 is giving errors, which they told me how to see these however, they are wanting me to purchase a support plan and I need to know if this is legitimate or fraud. Can you assist?

You are correct. It's a scam. Login to your CAMPS and consider to change your phone number.
