How do I get platforms to find and recognize my QB checking account through Green Dot Bank?

Thanks for coming to the Community with your question about platforms being able to see your QB checking that is through Green Dot. 

If the platforms can't see the account, let's perform these steps: 

• Toggle Connection: Go to Bank Transactions, select the dropdown next to "Link Account," and choose Manage Connections. Turn the Green Dot connection off and on again.
• Contact Support: If the account does not appear, contact QuickBooks Payments Support directly to ensure it is correctly activated, as it is a prepaid debit account.
• Reaching Green Dot: Access Green Dot by navigating to their site to register or using the dedicated Green Dot Support channel, as outlined in the QuickBooks Checking FAQ.
