how do I increase the font size & make the fonts darker on QB online??

The option to increase the font size is available only on sales forms in QuickBooks Online, @dawggc7.

For QuickBooks overall, there aren’t specific settings for changing font size as of the moment. However, you can hold down the Ctrl key while scrolling your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

If you want to adjust the font size on your sales forms, you can use the Custom Form Styles feature. 

Here’s how to do it:
 

1. Click on the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3.  Click the New style drop-down menu or pick one from the list and click Edit.
   
   
4. On the Design tab, click Select a different font.
5. Click Done to save edits.
