Using quickbooks online self-employed. For my accountant, I do not want to export to excel, I want to print the transactions as I see them for the entire year….
Hi there, @dfi1. Currently, in QuickBooks Online Self-Employed (QBSE), the Transactions tab only provides the option to export your full transaction list to Excel.
While you can generate reports, such as the Profit and loss, to review yearly totals by category and Printthe report as a PDF, it’s important to note that this record doesn’t include detailed transaction-level entries.
I understand that exporting to Excel might not be the most straightforward solution, but I recommend doing so. From there, you can open the file and print the sheet directly using Excel's Print function.
