Question

How do I sign in a second time to gain access to the logo field on an invoice? I want to add a logo to the invoice.

When I click on the [Add logo] field, this is the response: "To access this, sign in again or contact an administrator."

The error you're experiencing when adding a logo to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) might be due to a browser issue or permission access, Laurence.

First off, could you clarify if your admin has granted you permission to edit transactions like invoices? If yes, let's troubleshoot this by clearing your browser's cache to help remove stored files. You can also use a different supported browser to ensure this isn't related to the current browser you're using.

On the other hand, if you don't have permission to edit sales transactions like invoices, I recommend reaching out to your admin and asking for access to edit.

Let us know if you have further questions. We'll be right here to help you any time.

Thank you for the suggestions.  Yes, I can create and edit invoice transactions.  Clearing my browser's cache, switching browsers, turning off my Sophos Home virus protection software, and turning off NordVPN all failed.  Tomorrow the Quickbooks administrator is going to try to add the logo to the invoice.  Yours truly, Larry

Even though I still am unable to upload the logo, a solution is no longer needed because the administrator uploaded it for me. Thank you again for the suggestions.
