How do I use hidden notes within an invoice without the note coming up in all subsequent invoices?

Hi @John_24BB, we currently can't stop the same notes from showing up in all subsequent invoices in the hidden notes field. I understand the importance of having unique notes for each invoice, and we appreciate your insight.

Since this feature isn’t available, I recommend submitting product feedback through your QuickBooks Online account to help our product developers enhance your experience in the future. Here’s how:

1. Head to the Gear/Settings icon.
2. Select Feedback below the Profile section.
3. Enter your concern as a product suggestion.
4. (Optional) Add a screenshot and then hit Next.
