Question

How do you turn off the business feed. I just sell to individuals. The system keeps autopasting the individual name into the company name field when adding new

then tries to find their business address bogging down my system, can't tab out of it. I don't need emailing invoices or b2b sales, my customer already bought the item. Why does it keep searching? Is there just a retail product, this is insane!!

    Hi, sales. At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn’t have the option to entirely turn off the business feed or the auto-fill behavior in the Company Name field.

     

    While we currently don’t have the option to disable some of the features you mentioned, your feedback is invaluable to us. To share your thoughts with our development team, please follow these steps:

     

    1. Click the Setting (gear icon) in the upper-right corner.
    2. Under the PROFILE section, select Feedback.
    3. Enter your request or suggestions in the Feedback box.
    4. Select Next to submit your feedback.
