If you’re processing other types of payments, the fees vary based on the payment method. For ACH bank payments, the fee is 1%, which equals $10.00 for a $1,000 transaction. For In-person card payments, the fee is 2.5%, making it $25.00 on a $1,000 transaction. Keyed-in card payments have a fee of 3.5%, equating to $35.00 for a $1,000 payment. Lastly, for Instant Deposits, QuickBooks charges 1.75%, resulting in a fee of $17.50 for a $1,000 transfer.
