How to access Intuit Data Protect Cloud Back Up to Restore to my PC where 2ndary HD was replaced?

I have QB Desktop Pro. I have tried using the Intuit Data Protect to restore my cloud back up to a new hard drive on my PC. I am logged in and it recognizes that a good back up was completed on 9/10/2026. However, it tries to look on my PC for back ups and only finds older back ups that are not relevant. I am unable to find a way for IDP to find the cloud backup it clearly says is good but doesnt give me access. 

How do I get access with IDP to my cloud back up?

I am unable to find any phone support phone number.
