How to confirm and change tax location?

Hello,

The current tax location in my quickbooks is incorrect, it is set up under Ireland but the company is actually in Tanzania.

How can change and confirm the tax location? As per quickbooks “Your subscription will be terminated if we are unable unable to determine your location for more than twelve months.”
