Hi there, Rscotthoo.

In QuickBooks, we can do this by using the Business Network feature to disconnect them under the Customer section.

Here's how to get it done:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to either the Customers list, depending on who you want to disconnect.
  3. Find the person or company and click the Business Network icon.
  4. Finally, select Remove.

I'll be adding this page for more information about handling customers with QuickBooks Business Network: Learn about the QuickBooks Business Network.

We'll be here if you need more assistance with QBO-related concerns.
