If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), there isn't an option to download files to a flash drive. You can invite your accountant to access your file instead. But if you want to acquire the file, you can export the data from QBO to QuickBooks Desktop if you already have the desktop version.
If you don't, you can download a trial version in QuickBooks Desktop so you can use it with the process. But first, make sure to download the migration tool in QBO to start the export. Here's how:
