How to find past 1099's I have filed for employees

Hi there. I recognize the significance of reviewing your previously filed 1099s to verify their successful submission. I'll be glad to assist you with the steps to view them in QuickBooks Online.

If you've already e-filed your 1099 forms in QBO, you can easily view them at any time between January 1 and April 30 by logging into your 1099 E-File Service account. From there, you'll be able to select and view specific old 1099s. 

 Here are the steps: 

1. Go to https://iop.intuit.com/1099/login. 
2. Click View past forms.

If you haven't e-filed your 1099s to the IRS using QBO, you can still view your previous year's 1099 by selecting the appropriate year on the Review page when preparing your 1099 forms. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Workers.
2. Under Contractors, select Prepare 1099s.
3. Select Continue your 1099s.
4. On the Review section, select 2018 on the Funnel (drop-down) menu.
5. Click Finish preparing 1099s.
6. Select I'll file myself so you can view it.
