I am using QBO version 1.24.1. QBO has disappeared from the application folder on my Mac. What has changed with Quickbooks Online?

To quickly locate the QBO app, you can use the Spotlight option on your Mac. See the steps below:

1. Click the Spotlight icon in the menu bar.
2. Enter "QuickBooks Online" in the search field.
3. Then press Return.

If the program isn't there, though, you might have unintentionally erased it. 

You'll want to download the new QBO app for Mac, which has increased reliability, multi-tab support, and a beautiful, new design.
