Question

I downgraded my plan to essentials back in December before the monthly payment deduction bug have subsequently still been charged for the Plus plan.. please help

Since you mentioned that you're still charged for the Plus plan even after downgrading to Essentials, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can check your account and resolve this for you. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and hit Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.

 

Our customer support schedule for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start users is from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you are using the Advanced version, assistance is accessible 24/7.
