Question

I got this message "Error 324. Can't find this account." and try to update the connection and it works for a bit, but they I log in again, it shows that message again.

Banking error 324 happens when QuickBooks can't find your bank or credit card account during a connection. This can occur due to changes like a name or account number update. To fix it, update your account name or refresh the bank connection in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how rename your bank account name:

 

  1. Go to All apps, then Accounting, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the bank account that you want to rename, then select the pencil icon.
  3. Select Edit account info.
  4. In the Account Name field, update the name of the account. Then, choose Save.

 

If the issue continues after updating the account name and checking the connection, contact our Live Support team. They can help identify and fix the error in QuickBooks Online.

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Select (?) Help and proceed to the Search tab.
