Question

I have approved and exported time entries from classic , they are billable and they are not populating in invoices to attach . anyone got a suggestion ?

You have to make sure the "Allow time to be billable" option is enabled in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If this option is disabled, the system will stop treating any time entries as billable.

 

To do this, click on the Gear icon > Account and settings > Time, then in the Timesheet, you have to make sure that this option is turned on.

 

It's also a good idea to check your mapping in QuickBooks Time. Under the QuickBooks logo, click on Preferences to review any billable or mapping issues.
