Has anyone else been getting double billed? e.g. I see two bills on two separate days for may 4th and 6th as example. It appears this has been happening for at least two years.

I understand the confusion and frustration of being billed twice. But before we proceed, could you please confirm if both bills are for the same amount? If they differ, the second charge might be for an additional service or add-on in QuickBooks. I'll guide you on what you can do about this, LeePo.

You can use the Look Up tool to identify any charges from Intuit or QuickBooks. Simply open the provided Look Up tool link and enter the details of the charges. Below is an example of how the form appears:

If you're unable to locate the charge, I recommend contacting our support team. They can verify the charge and check your eligibility for a refund and has secure access to your account details to assist you effectively.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help button on the upper right.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a keyword related to your issue and select Continue.
  4. Choose how you want to contact our support team. You can either use the Chat or Callback option.

You can also use the QuickBooks Assistant feature in your mobile application to connect directly with a representative for assistance.

To know more about refund exceptions and return policy, I've added this article for details: Request A Refund For Your QuickBooks Product.

Additionally, if you want to update your billing and subscription information in QuickBooks Self-Employed, I've just the resource you need: Update Your Billing and Subscription Info in QuickBooks Self Employed.

Feel free to reach out by responding below if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your billing charges. Our team is always ready and eager to assist you.

It is the same amount on two different days. E.g. may 4th and 6th of this month, 35 dollars each.

Yes, that happened to me too. Adding a future business name automatically created another account, and I thought canceling through PayPal had ended it. I didn’t realize the charges continued since the amount matched another bill, and the service was never used. I only caught it months later when my account went negative. I want my money back and it's been frustrating finding someone to help.

Hi there, @Organjar. Thanks for dropping by the Community.

To address this issue, you need to request a refund for the product you purchased.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Click on Products & Billing.
  3. Select the Request or Track a Refund option.
  4. Click the Request or Track Refund button within the One Intuit Account Manager.
  5. Complete the Intuit refund request form.
  6. You’ll receive an email with updates as your refund is processed.

If you have already requested a refund, you can use the "Track Refund Request" option. To check the status of  your refund.
