I just received a call from someone who sounded Indian that wanting me to give him access to my QB using support because something is not updating. Is this legit?

QuickBooks Representative won't call you if you haven't initiated a callback, Simpson.

Please be aware that when having outbound calls, representatives will not request you to give access to your account or your account credentials for security purposes. They will only confirm if you are the main contact or administrator for the account.
