I want to change the default payment options to exclude the use of credit cards. How do I do that?

Welcome to the Community space, @r-neal. You can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company settings to exclude credit cards as a payment option.

 

This area allows you to customize various aspects of your QuickBooks experience, including invoice payment methods.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and settings.    
     
  2. Select Sales and navigate to Invoice payments.
  3. Toggle off the Accept Credit Cards option.
  4. Hit Save and Done.
