Attempting to e file Form 941 couldn't locate 10-digit PIN. Tried enrolling in case not received and received an IRS rejection notice to enrollment stating an active federal 94x e-File enrollment already exists for Inland Oral Surgery PS EIN: [Removed]. Response provided said to contact Intuit Payroll Support for contact information.
Please advise IRS contact information to obtain the 10 digit PIN replacement letter.

I can help walk you through the process of canceling your payroll subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
In the Payroll section, select Cancel.
Click Continue to cancel.
Complete the short survey, then click Confirm cancel.

We need to create a new pay schedule and assign it to your employees. Follow these steps:
A. Create
From the Gear icon, select Payroll Settings.
Select Pay Schedules, then Create.
Enter the pay period and pay date, then OK.
B. Assign employee a pay schedule
Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
Select the employee's name and click Edit Employee.
Click the How often do you pay (employee) dropdown and choose a pay schedule.
Tap Done.

After enrolling in the IRS E-file service, your QuickBooks Desktop enrollment will display "Accepted" when the agency receives your enrollment. You will receive a 10-digit e-file PIN by mail. If you didn't receive the 10-digit e-file pin or lost it, I recommend reaching out to IRS E-file services.
