I would like to make a term for an invoice as the default or standard on each new invoice created. How can I do that?

Net 30 automatically appears on each new invoice. I would like Net 30 following month as our default term

Hello there, tlvananne. You can set your preferred invoice terms to Net 30 in the Account and settings. That way, QuickBooks will automatically fill them in every time you create an invoice.

 

To do this, navigate to the Gear icon> Account and settings > Sales> Sales form content > Preferred invoice terms.
